Superintendent of Schools: Michael Gower
Mr. Gower earned his undergraduate degree in elementary education from Fort Hays State University in 1993 and his Master's in Educational Administration in 2002. He was named Superintendent of USD #325 in 2010 as well as continuing to serve as Phillipsburg Elementary Principal, which he has been since 2003.
Before going into administration, he taught fourth grade at Phillipsburg for four years and fifth grade for four years in the Eastern Heights school district. Mr. Gower is a member of the United School Administrators, Kansas Association of School Administrators and the Kansas Association of Elementary School Principals, which he is a board member. He is also involved locally in the Rotary Club of Phillipsburg.
